I did my first Bikram Yoga 30 Day Challenge in March of 2011, and it not only changed my practice (and my LIFE, you guys!), but it’s really what kicked this blog into high gear. Until then I had been posting haphazardly and with no real format. But once the 30DC began, I started writing posts recap-style, and posting nearly every day. And even after the challenge was over, the writing style stuck.
So with my second 30DC coming up in January, (which you are SO WELCOME to participate in!), I thought it might be fun to take a look back… ENJOY!
